On the request of the Mayor of the City of Independence Oregon, John McArdle, myself and Sanctuary Stage embarked on creating an original bi-lingual play focusing on the lives, experiences and challenges of Latino families within the City of Independence.  This project was in collaboration with the City of Independence, Department of Latino Outreach and the residents of Independence.  Residents and artists including a live band participated in the creation and performance.
